Rental Rates - House O'Hara
All prices are per week exclusive of cleaning (€130) and tourist tax (€1.05 per head per night for persons over 15 years of age).
Changeover day is generally Saturday but alternatives will be considered subject to a surcharge.
40% of rental is payable to secure booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If less than 8 weeks to your arrival date, full rent is payable to secure booking.
Deposit of €500 payable in cash on arrival to our property manager. Cleaning charge of €130 and tourist tax of €1.05 per head (aged over 15 years) per day will be deducted from deposit at end of rental period with balance refunded in cash on departure.

Terms of booking are as set out on the website and in exchanges of e-mails. Booking is not reserved until deposit is received.
CANCELLATION POLICY - If you cancel your holiday having paid a deposit or fail to pay the balance when requested (in which case the booking will be deemed cancelled), your holiday period will be shown as available on the website. If I find a replacement guest, you will be refunded when I have received payment in full from the replacement guest less a €200 administration charge. If a replacement guest is not found, all payments are forfeited.
