Rental Rates - Apartment O'Hara

All prices are per week exclusive of cleaning (120 Euros) and tourist tax (1.05 Euros per head per night for persons over 15 years of age).

Changeover day is generally Saturday but alternatives will be considered subject to a surcharge.

40% of rental is payable to secure booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If less than 8 weeks to your arrival date, full rent is payable to secure booking.

Deposit of 500 Euros payable in cash on arrival to our property manager. Cleaning charge of 120 Euros and tourist tax of 1.05 Euro per head (aged over 15 years) per day will be deducted from deposit at end of rental period with balance refunded in cash on departure.
